Renee Crickmore

Renee Crickmore, PT, MPT

Clinic Director of Pursue PT & Wellness

Renee is a certified physical therapist who specializes in manual therapy, pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, concussion, spinal, and balance & vestibular rehabilitation.

Renee received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from St. Francis College and her Master’s degree in Physical therapy from St. Francis University.

Renee is a certified Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist. She also holds a certificate in concussion management, fall prevention, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, and in rehabilitation for hip and knee joint replacements.

Renee has worked as a home care physical therapist. Since her successful launch and development of Pursue in 2016, Renee has returned to her passion of helping people get back to what they enjoy doing in an outpatient physical therapy facility.

Renee’s passion is rooted in her belief that care should be personal. She enjoys getting to know her patients and using her training to help them get back to what they love as quickly and safely as possible. She finds that developing a personal connection empowers patients to be active participants in their own care, and ultimately helps patients reach their goals and find success in their treatment.

Renee draws insight from her own background as an athlete to better understand what her patients are experiencing with their injury. Her athletic background helps her develop challenging, fun and appropriate treatment plans.


Jonathan Mayes

Jonathan Mayes, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Jonathan is a certified physical therapist who specializes in manual therapy, pre and post-surgery rehabilitation, spinal, concussion and balance rehabilitation. He earned his bachelor’s in biology with a minor in Chemistry at Keystone College and received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2019.

Jon joined Pursue PT & Wellness Center in the fall of 2019.In the past five years, Jon has expanded his expertise in manual therapy, particularly for alleviating neck and back joint pain. He is also a certified vestibular therapist, helping patients recover from concussions.

A sports enthusiast, Jon competed in Track and Field in college and was a powerlifter in high school. His passion for physical therapy began in 8th grade when he fractured his ankle playing football, requiring surgery and subsequent physical therapy. This experience inspired him to pursue a career in physical therapy to help others heal and return to their passions.

Jon’s approach to patient care focuses on understanding the “whole person,” seeing patients as individuals and considering their diagnosis within the context of their broader lives. He strives to connect personally with his patients, understanding their roles in the family, at work, and in the community to develop appropriate treatment goals. Jon leverages his athletic experience to create fun and challenging programs that motivate his patients to reach their goals quickly.
